Emily Morgan: I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and from Appalachian State University with my K-6 teaching certification. I have been an educator for twenty-three years, teaching kindergarten, first, and second grades, as well as AIG. I love "BEE-ING" part of the Jefferson family! My husband, Kenny, and I have two sons and a daughter: Grady (17), Eli (15), and Ada (12). Some of my interests include photography, party planning, decorating, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Much of my family time is spent at basketball, soccer, and volleyball games.

Melanie Denton: I graduated from SUNY Oswego in NY. I have been teaching for 26 years. I have taught Kindergarten, First grade, Second grade and Third grade. I am originally from Buffalo, NY and I’m a big Buffalo Bills fan. I love to read and run (coach our running club at Jefferson). I have daughter- Emma who is a freshman at UNC Chapel Hill and we have a Maltipoo named Mila.

Kristin Kane:  I graduated from UNC Charlotte with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I have taught for ten years, 9 of those in kindergarten! I am a National Board Certified Teacher.  I am married to my husband, Cameron, and we have a little girl named Charlotte. I love spending time with family, crafting, decorating, and traveling! 

Rachel Fleming:  I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University. I have worked in education for 4 years. I have spent 2 years at Jefferson and 1 year in Rutherford county as a teacher's assistant in Kindergarten. This is my first year teaching Kindergarten!     

Erin Hipps: I have an associates degree in early childhood education. I love spending time with my family especially my nephew. I love to shop, read and watch my favorite shows in my spare time.
