Jennifer Foster:  I am a 1994 graduate of Burns High School and a 2003 graduate of Gardner-Webb University. I have been a teacher in Cleveland County for 20 years. I have 19 years of experience at Jefferson Elementary and 1 year of experience at Burns Middle School. I am married to my husband, Brian, and we have two children, Allison and Joshua. We have one grandson, Drew. I enjoy serving in the children's ministry at Hope Community Church in Upper Cleveland County.

MaryBeth Patten: I have earned a Bachelors of Science from NC State in 1995, a Graduate Certificate in Education from UNC Charlotte in 2010, and National Board Certification for Teaching in 2021. We are a Wolfpack family! My husband, myself, and both of our children graduated from NCSU. We all enjoy the outdoors, travel, and good food. I especially enjoy gardening, tennis, and hiking. I love teaching, and enjoy passing my love for learning to new students each year!
